Equipment Features
This machine is mainly used for processing round holes, slot holes, lock holes, irregular holes, etc. of aluminum alloy profiles, as well as milling, chamfering, plane carving and other processes of aluminum profiles.
The bed is welded with heavy-duty steel pipes and reinforced with thick steel plates at both ends. After aging treatment, it is resistant to deformation and enhances the stability of the bed.
The worktable crossbeam adopts a mid section supporting mechanical structure, which is resistant to deformation, prevents crossbeam sagging, and has high processing accuracy.
Set up a tool magazine system device to exchange cutting tools for high processing efficiency.
Adopting imported high-speed electric spindle, with low noise and strong cutting ability, the intelligent CNC system is convenient and fast to operate.
